We are not aware of a particular PoTS specialist in South Africa but Cardiologist/Electrophysiologists, who are heart rhythm experts, are likely to understand this condition.

They are normally located at the large teaching hospitals in the main cities. We are very happy to respond to emails from any country [e-mail]
