What tip would you give someone with alopecia who searching for that first love
I would give exactly the same information that I would give anyone searching for first love.
"Be you, stay true to yourself, chill out and enjoy the ride, you will almost undoubtedly meet people who are wrong for you, but treat each one of those encounters as a learning curve"
Alopecia is a condition I live with, I'd rather not have it but there are lots of other conditions that I really glad I don't have.
I know it's a clique but try not too look to hard for love, it usually finds you when you're busy getting on with enjoying life.
Good luck
Helen
"Just cause you're breathing doesn't mean you're living"
I totally agree with Helen, Love is often hiding in odd places and it tends to come to you when you least expect it!
I met my husband when i had just developed alopecia and i was at my worst as far as dealing with it was concerned so i hid it from him for a while. When i finally owned up he was totally fine with it, he even helped me to hide my patches. Years later, he helped me shave my head, gave me strength to go out bald, and to think i doubted him when i first met him!
Be yourself, make the most of your assets and hold your head high.

Hayley, I have spent all my life dating men whilst having hair, I am 50 years old and have only developed alopecia recently and am now wearing wigs... so, I know that there are many reasons that a guy may not want to date me and it has not had anything whatsover to do with my hair because until now I have always had a full head of hair. It is very natural that we are women are worried about how our hairloss will impact on dating and what guys will think of us but there really is more to a woman's looks than her hair, we can have good skin, a nice smile, healthy figure etc... and of course your personality is really the thing that someone falls in love with.
I would say hold yourself in high esteem, don't allow your hairloss to make you feel that you don't deserve a good kind man - you do... and enjoy your teenage years.
Sending you lots of positive thoughts with this email.

Hi Girl,
Just don't find love, Let LOVE find you! I'm sorry to hear that. I know how you feels. It's really hard to handle that kind of situation. Before, I was thinking that being bald because I lose my hair a lot but I'm still glad that my friend advised me to use RELOXE which totally worked for me. All i can say is, Don't feel hopeless.
