Wow. For once Monkeyfinger is lost for words :)

I' m the first bloke to post n the bloke zone, and I think I must have stage fright!!!

Ok. Here goes...blokes - do you have any artificial hair- eyebrows / eyelashes / hairpiece etc or have you considered them? I would love to know people's thoughts on this.

For me, I don't feel my appearance is a representation of me, and I'm sure I am not alone there. I Am a rocker at heart, and I sometimes think I should get a big shaggy wig and let the world see me as I am in my mind's eye. I don't care that people will know it is a wig, but I worry that it is perhaps a strange thing for a man of my age ( or any age) to do.i have never Been one to just accept society's silly rules, but also I on't want to expose myself to total ridicule.

my semiperm makeup artist has done male eyebrows before, but haven't met a male in person who has. Nothing is never strange, you can certainly rock with today's wig technology

Hi Monkeyfinger, I've never met a man with any artificial hair (well that I know of!). But saying that, I've only met a couple of men with Alopecia. Wigs these days can look amazingly natural. I've met women who are wearing wigs and I had absolutely no idea.

I tried a wig myself and decided they're not for me. I'd be interested to find out if men's wig options are as good as womens. Whenever I see wig shops, adverts etc, it is always female options.

Not what you're looking for?
