Has anyone tried the Fourth Frontier X2 heart monitor and if so would you recommend it?

Many thanks,

Paul.

Paul, I have never heard of it. I usually stick to known brands such as Omron and /or Microlife .... however there are others such as Withings.

I have had one for about 18 months and find it invaluable. It depends what you want it for. Unlike Kardia or Wellue it will only identify non-NSR rhythm as ‘other’, rather than tell you exactly what it is. You can book a session with someone who will go through the trace with you and customer service generally is very good. They are quite a small company so keen to please. I have become quite good at identifying the different rhythms. Where I don’t know what they are, I save them up to show my cardiologist or email them through to him if I am worried. I wear it at night and when I am exercising to check how my heart is doing and see any trends. If I had my time again I would investigate Wellue 24h. There are people in here who speak highly of it.
