Hiya guys, i saw this and thought 'i could do with that'! But i am not sure if its a good idea. In Oct. 2022 I have been diagnosed with AFib and take Apix, Losartan and Bisoporol. Due to other issues (and the bisop) i am not very active, so i have swollen feet and ankles as well as plantar fascitis. So my Question is: What do you think should I or should I not buy it? Thx in advance for all you comments! (Maybe some of you got experience with it good/bad??)
Ems foot massager: Hiya guys, i saw... - Atrial Fibrillati...
Ems foot massager
I use a massager every day and Low Intensity vibration for osteoporosis. I cannot see how this could possibly be anything but beneficial, especially if you are not that active - but that is just my none medical opinion and experience so if unsure first read the full device instructions which you should be able to find on their website to see if there are any contraindications.
That looks very relaxing, like a reflexology session! Ive got paroxysmal AF and I use a massage gun which is great.
My doctor took me off Losartan and put me on Valsartan to eliminate the side effect of swollen ankles. Consult with your doctor about alternatives.
I also had issues with my feet. Proper fitting shoes and insoles addressing foot pain eliminated the foot pain. A podiatrist should be able to help.
