Hi I'm in and out of afib, over weight and have just taken up bicycle riding again after 20 years. My average per week is 30 miles and do spinning. At no time have I felt any signs of afib in fact I feel better during and after.

I don't know why I didn't do it earlier.

Don't fall into the trap of increasing it too much - modest exercise may be boring but has worked for me. Pushing for PBs set AF off.

Spinning is great with the right instructor and music: dance on those pedals whilst sweat drips from hands and elbows, those were great times.
