I'm experiencing breathlessness, heavy limbs, Atrial Fibrillation palpitations and early nights. This has come about following a return to work after a period of lockdown. I'm assuming these are the effects of reduced exercise tolerance post lockdown.
Has anyone a suggested return to fitness programme or has an alternate explanation. Prior to lockdown all was well.

How odd. During last year's lockdown I actually got much fitter thanks to daily long walks. This year a lot of house restoration work allied to terminal indolence has reduced my exercise tolerance quite a bit but with the work now down to decorating level I hope to resume those daily walks.
