Exercising with AF

Hi everyone. I recently purchased a mini step machine. I know we can exercise on AF but is it ok to start low then work up. It is only like walking. It has hand pulleys but I don’t quite know what to do with them. The hospital put me on a treadmill once so I am presuming I will be fine. Any one else use one? I know I have to be sensible but I won’t be running any marathons on it just wanted to do a bit more exercising. Xx

Best advice is listen to your body and don't overdo things. You should be able to carry on a conversation whilst exercising. Oh and stay well hydrated.
