Short bouts of nsr

Is it possible to go into nsr for a few hours here and there. I was in persistent Afib after pneumonia for four months with flutter then had a cardioversion that lasted for two weeks. Had it confirmed by docs back into Afib but over last to weeks have noticed my heart rate variability was low and no arrhythmia sign on both machine and a regular pulse. It lasted for a few hours then what looks like back into Afib? I will be speaking to my cardiac nurse but wondered if this happens to anyone else?

Think this will happen a lot. Good that your heart is trying to behave!!

Thank you

It is quite possible, it happens to me every day - at night, there is almost uninterrupted AF, but when I stand up, the ticker slips back to NSR from itself, so obviously possible.
