Mirtazipine

Does anyone know if mirtazipine, taken for anxiety and insomnia, may impact PAF?

I think the fact you haven’t had any replies indicates that we just don’t know. You will see many responses beginning “we are not medically trained...”. Occasionally someone will have had some experience of a particular drug, but this doesn’t seem to be the case in your particular situation. The advice is always to check with your medical practitioner or pharmacist for possible interactions.

I have been taking Mirtazipine for over a year after a cardioversion some two years ago, and have been in NSR throughout this period, so it would appear that, in my case at least, there are no adverse effects from taking Mirtazipine. It also helped with insomnia.
