Heart Rate Variability & Heart Math Inner Balance sensor

Hello everyone,

My latest exploration is in the realm of Heart Rate Variability and I thought it might be interesting to start a conversation and see who else has been exploring that.

I decided to try out the Inner Balance sensor by HeartMath and wonder if anyone is using it. tinyurl.com/y3jyvbmz

This is a biofeedback type of device that tracks HRV Congruence. I did my first session and enjoyed being congruent for most of it. Yay! It sure felt good.

I worked with their earlier version of this product several years ago, pre-AF days, and decided to try it out again to see if it's helpful. I'd like to see what else I can do to keep my heart in good shape and see if it might help me wind down before bedtime. And, of course, want to see if it helps reduce episodes. They're fewer and more easily tolerated, but I'm always happy to see what else will help.

Please feel free to share if you use this technology or how you've used HRV to help you manage AF.

❤️
