Yea I claim low rate on mobility part 88 pound a month I've got cadiomypathy and heart failure had a icd fitted
I very much doubt that it would ensure eligibility by itself. The effects of an affliction are what are important. Heart failure would tick more boxes.
An application should include ALL health issues. You need proof which is why you should ALWAYS insist on receiving copies of letters sent to your GP by specialists.
No harm in making a claim but you will need to detail how your conditions limit your daily living activities. The application process is harsh and long winded and you have to be strong to complete it!
Benefits and work website is really helpful
Yes I do, but also have M H issues as well so get higher rate both
