Day5still very lethargic bruise in groin amazing realy small only round where the sheaths went in arm another story had me awake all night did a bit of a tidy up this morn not much but am now off back to bed to watch movies glad I don't have to work because it wouldn't be happening xx

Remember do nothing for the first week and not a lot more the second. What do you expect? Your old ticker has had a nasty kicking and you will feel tired. Please don;t try to be a hero.

I won't feel good when sitting but things go a bit haywire when I walk around still in NSR but hr a bit faster thanks Bob x

That's the anaesthetic Mazza, takes so long to leave your system. Just go with the flow and don't do anymore than you can manage easily. In fact don't do anything for the first week. Keep up the good work.
