I want to change my photo but the site won't let me. Does anyone have this problem? It keeps saying server error!

I know that you can't delete your photo, you have to replace it. So if you are trying to delete the one that's there before you insert the new one, you can't do that. I believe once you have a photo you always have to have one, you can't just have nothing - unless of course they've changed that now. Hope this helps.

I didn't have a problem when I changed mine a few weeks ago, Iris is usually good on the IT!

Haven't tried Loo - the photos of me are (mercifully) very few and far between!

Yes, is the answer to your question re: changing photo, I do what I normally do to download/upload photo's and the Green H whirls around but then stops!!

I have tried the AF instructions but to no avail.

I will continue to try.

I want to change my profile photo, please can anyone help me, how do I actually change it??

Go to your PROFILE. Then press the EDIT button which is probably over on the right. Then you'll see you current Avatar on the left or a place where it should be, over that Avatar you'll see the UPLOAD button. Press it and upload your photo.

I haven't done the last bit for a while but am guessing the photo has to be quite small.

Hi tried but no Edit there so checked with the 'Help' button and it states you cannot do this if you're using an iPad or smart phone 😥
