Having had perm af ...but a symptomatic for 8 years....I am not under any medical supervision...the last cardiologist told me to come back

In 20years....I visit warfarin clinic and have my own monitor...they say 2.1 is a really good reading ..what's your opinion on this.....

At the Patients Day last year, they said to aim for 3. I'm aiming for the high 2's because I'm a coward!

I have been on warfarin for 2 years and mine is always between 2.2 and 2.4 and I have been told this is good and I only get tested every 10 weeks

I'm like Koll and Bob. I've already had at least one TIA, pre warfarin days, and don't want another, so keep mine around 2.8 to 3
