I have been asked to take part in trials for Anderson-Farby Disease which may have been the cause of my AF, plus other problems that I seem to have built up over the years. I will be honest I had not heard of this and was wondering if anyone else has or is aware of it?

I've heard of it. It's a pretty rare genetic disease. Do others in your family have it? It can definitely cause an abnormal rhythm like AF. Are you going to do the trials?
Yes this Tuesday until I ask more questions I can not answer that but we do have indicators in the family my sister has been diagnosed with Lupus and she has a kidney problem. My father had AF and other problems. So fingers crossed.
