Massive review of literature on the topic, especially ADD, Inattentive Type, which is what I have to "T". But even being a recently retired college psychology teacher, I find this condition to be very difficult to overcome - or to actively implement the strategies that, cognitively at least, are appropriate for dealing with the condition.

My son who also has ADHD, we talk about each of are struggles as he is now 27 and i am 62 and i did not know why i was like i was till 3 years ago and soon after we realized he had it also.
