I have been doing some research about past life regression. It appears to be the new age medicine we have been waiting for. It's so new that many thousands have been cured. Something that sounds crazy just may be the answer to ridding us of all the meds we have been on.

Hello Benedocet,

Past life regression is always an interesting topic, and some advocates do think previous lives' experience influence us in our current lives. However, the science into brain development and ADHD specifically doesn't point to previous lives as a cause or contributor to ADHD. Repeated research does hold up that medication management is a very helpful part of treatment for most people. I think you'll find the information on treatment to be interesting chadd.org/Understanding-ADH.... Medical professionals recommend a multimodal approach, including behavioral/lifestyle management, education, and medication management to be effective.

Being able to employ medication as part of treatment -- for ADHD or any other medical condition -- is one of the perks of living the lives we have now. :)

Best regards,

Karen

I would like to hear more about how to navigate the educational and health care systems.

I would also like to hear more about how people deal with helping their child become independent while parenting. Not being the hovering parent.
