SINCE choosing Active Surveillance as my treatment level, I have made and maintained the following changes in my life:

I try to learn more about prostate cancer by reading, watching videos and attending talks/lectures

I talk more to others about prostate cancer, individually and/or in groups or gatherings

I maintain a healthier diet

I exercise more and regularly (as I define exercise)

I spend less time learning about prostate cancer by reading, watching videos and attending talks/lectures

I ceased attention to diet and nutrition and now eat what I want, when I want it

I talk less to others about prostate cancer, individually and/or in groups or gatherings

I excercise less and don't mind being more sedentary

I really haven't changed my lifestyle. But, I do participate in about a dozen PCa forums, on social media, other websites, local support groups, and Zoom.

I filled it out anyway. I think that RARP does not qualify as AS. I will use this survey for my support group's meeting on Sunday if OK with you.
