I now pace myself. I work from home and simply do a bit, walk the dog, do a bit more, do some ironing and so on. I sleep well now and find that if your body says I want to, then sleep it gets. I stopped exercising before and that was a big mistake. Exercise now (as it did before) make me feel good. In fact I forget I am depressed soot works!
