Subclinical Hypo but symptoms have returned - advice please
Hi, I’m just looking for advice on how to approach the GP (it’s a teaching practice so Drs are never the same). There is a family history of thyroid problems (hypothyroidism with an immediate blood relative) and numerous other autoimmune diseases. I started experiencing non-specific symptoms (

Hello, has anyone got any tips of vitamin complexes to help under active thyroid? I have recently upped my vit d, my B12 and found a complex that says it helps the body convert t4 to t3. I’ve been taking them all about two weeks and I do think that I’m less exhausted than I was. I’m hopeful that it

Confirmation This Is Normal When Starting or Increasing Thyroid
I have had all kinds of blood work done recently and everything looks great, including ferritin, B12 and
Vitamin
D
. I do supplement 2000IUs a day of
Vitamin
D
though just to keep it up. I had to back off the B12 supplements because mine was very high and now back to close to the top of the range.

Further advice, please!
I have already asked my GP for
vitamin
D
supplements, and have reduced my Levo dose to 125mcg. (I realise that the general advice is to test these vitamins etc before starting Levo, but I am where I am now).

increased tinnitus post levithyrixine
Hi I have been taking levothyroxine 50mcg since 2015 my dose has never changed as my GP always says my blood results are within range I have never felt really well on levothyroxine and also the tinnitus I experience seems to increase a while after I take it. A friend said to try taking it at night

Am I being stupid by delaying treatment for mild hyperthyroidism when I don't have any symptons?
The main thing I am concerned about is osteoporosis which I probably already have but it is not surprising at my age and I have recently on my own decision been taking
vitamin
D
pills for this.
