Low Blood Pressure.
I take B12 and
Vitamin
D
. plus about a year ago we started me on the hormone 5 mg. of DHEA /daily to help with my under-active adrenals. At first I was doing so good on the DHEA. No low blood pressure and hardly any A-Fib episodes.

So I don't take a lot of supplements since my surgery and I'm still undetectable but understandably very leery at taking anything (there's a ton of stuff out there) other than stuff with a well-established safety record like

Poor converter hoping for better
I can increase the supplement to two per day Folate - I am more pleased with - I take Health Leads 1000ug L-methylfolate B12 - seems to have gone down slightly but I haven't been supplementing it - I'm moving onto the Thornes B complex soon
Vitamin
D
seems to have increased slightly - I've worked

B12 Specialist in the South East/London
The GP repeated all the tests for ferritin, B12, intrinsic clotting factor,
vitamin
D
, calcium and myeloma and all were negative. The next step is to be referred to a neurologist to check for MS.

Second opinion for my daughter (ruling out thyroid, opinion on vitamins)
17 year old daughter has complained of headaches and fatigue for years. Chalked it up to teenager, pandemic, and irregular sleeping patterns. As all those things resolved, and the headaches and fatigue didn't, I ordered bloodwork to rule out Hashis and Hypo; and hopefully pinpoint a treatment to get

Hypothyroid with dizziness and balance problems; swollen lips and dry mouth.
For 3 years at least I have had B12 deficiency, now under control (2000) as I self inject;
Vitamin
D
adequate at 75; Ferritin 72; Foliate 19; all ok I have to admit I feel quite demoralised and depressed.

Worried and confused
New dexa scan (10/10/23) reveals some "good" news and other not so good news. Left femoral neck is -2.6, right femoral neck is -2.6, Lumbar spine from L2 thru L4 T score is -3.2. Compared with 2021, there is a 4% decrease in density in lumbar spine, 5% INCREASE density in left hip, 3% INCREASE density

Just got updated thyroid hormone results — see why I'm tired.
B12 and
vitamin
D
are very good / optimal for hypothyroid, so it's not low nutrients. I am thinking (from recent discussion based on the previous lab work) that it still makes sense to increase the Synthroid, and leave the Cytomel stable. If I convert it, the T3 should increase.

Asking for a friend ...
There are more recent thyroid results from March this year after she got her hospital notes that are similar to the previous NHS test results: TSH=0.51 with FT4 of 12.5 Then there are the Ferritin, Folate,
vitamin
B12, and
vitamin
D
results.

High Folate with PA terrible GP
Thank you so much Results:
Vitamin
D
, 25-Hydroxy Your range 35 Normal range: 30 - 100 ng/mL I started taking 10,000 daily, 4 days ago, so i think that probably raised it a bit, so was probably deficient Folate: they always run b12 with folate even though we know it is not necessary.

Update
I take
vitamin
D
and K2 orally. As I expected the 5 times a day resulted in healing which is hard on the body. I decided I would rather risk the possible improvement than crash and wonder if it could be avoided with more robust supplementation. I am pleased I made that decision.

Quick update on bloods - happy with analysis but posting for interest/comparison - also CRP info?
I have a
Vitamin
D
spray which I usually forget to take, need to get better on this. The one I'm quite interested in is CRP - I think this is a measure of inflammation?

So frustrated
I'm happy on 20 mcg lio and 50 mcg levo - but each year it's a battle to get the blood tests done. I have problems each year with the GP: generally they say they can only test TSH (which is obv a total waste of time given the lio) so I get the blood form from the endo. Four years ago, the GP did the
