Not sure what to expect
Hi all. So I’ve been on mefenamic acid now as a trial to see if it will ease my symptoms any but so far I’ve had no relief. I am going back to the doc on Friday to see what next steps are but I’m just a bit anxious, I’m not sure what to expect... has anyone had any experience with this ?

Shooting Pains
Recently my symptoms have returned... I am gutted beyond belief! But I have a new symptom... I am having shooting pains 'up there'. Also near where my ovaries are I think. They found stage 1 implants on one of my ovaries in Feb 2015, and they found a 'simple ovarian cyst' last year. I went to see my

Well, I did it! :-)
Well, Hidden , I did it, I just ran 8km! And just as it was for you, I found it to be a thoroughly pleasurable experience! In many ways, I enjoyed this more than the 7k! Got out nice and early at 7:15ish am and the sun was out. Thankfully with a nice cool-ish breeze though. It nearly all started with

Alendronic Acid ....and other worries
I too am reluctant/determined not to take AA, despite being diagnosed with osteoporosis 2016 prior to diagnosis of PMR. My Rheumatologist and doctor advised and prescribed it. In 2009 I had a chest X-ray with report ‘Lungs are hyperinflated in keeping with obstructive airways disease’ comments: OK.

Brand vs generic & R-alpha lipoid acid
Hello all, So maybe 3 to 4 weeks ago, I had posted a question asking if anyone had used Dr Burt Berksons therapy for PBC. Dr Berkson has worked with Dr Julian Whitaker. My dr here has worked w/Dr Whitaker. My dr confirmed that Dr Berkson has had positive results using r-alpha lipoic acids/selenium/

Osteoporosis
Hi everyone, I’m having. Lot of problems posting on here at the moment so please forgive me if you get 4 copies of this. I was wondering if any of your are being treated for Osteoporosis and if so how are you getting in with medication. I started my second variety of alendronic acid last week and

Medication
It's been a while since I last posted! Since then, I've come off the pill, been diagnosed with IBS and am taking Buscopan when and if needed, and honestly my pain has improved so much! The only one negative is that my periods are very very heavy, and I'm trying everything to stop them being so unbearable

Normal Labs
I was diagnosed two and half years ago. I have been on Ursodiol 1500 mg a day. Just had labs completed. All labs are within normal range! I have stage 2 Fibrosis as per lover biopsy completed last year. I’m relieved and pleased! Praise be to God!😊

Mefenamic Acid and Cerelle.
Hello, After years of heavy painful periods I finally had a scan in Feb. This revealed that I have a blood filled cyst on my left ovary. I have been referred to a Gyno and he told me that my cyst and my symptoms indicate I could have Endometriosis. He wants me to have a laparoscopy but I need to lose

Possible nocturnal seizures?
Hi, I've recently started experiencing what I can only describe as seizures in my sleep. I'm a 33 year old mother of two, and It tends to happen not long after I've fallen asleep, I suddenly feel a tight pulling pain on the left side of my head, and with it comes a feeling of seizing up in my face and
