I have signed up for a 5k park run to keep me going for now but was hoping that I would get the
addiction
bug and be keen and eager to get out for each run, but it has definitely dwindled this week.

Drug Addiction help
Don’t over burden yourself with pressurising situations, doing good to yourself and others is a natural high & very rewarding, if you are on hard drugs best to notch it down to a lighter substance or at the least cut down drastically. Talk to someone you feel you can chat to about what you’re going

Emotional eating due to anxiety: Peanut and peanut butter addiction.
Something I'm slowly coming to terms with and something I'm desperate to overcome is my eating habits. I eat three regular-size meals a day with one snack in the evening. I work out every day and I'm at a healthy weight for my size, however for the past few months, I have noticed that for whatever reason

Has anyone been on Tramadol long term?
With it being an opiod, Im worried about the
addiction
factor. I will NEVER again go back on Recuip or any DA for that matter. Had my horror story with that drug. Has anyone successfully maintained some success with long term use of tramadol?

Greetings!
Lastly, not only I have anxiety, I also have a shopping
addiction
. Anytime I feel down, sad, depressed, I would spend hundreds of dollars online shopping. I think, subconsciously, since I give my mom money, I am going to spend it on myself, since it’s my money. Any advice?

Cranky pants
But now I find it to be like an
addiction
. I've missed it, and cold turkey is no fun. Roll on tomorrow when I can get into my Brooks, put on my running gear and finally get out there and do it. If you're in the early stages of this program, be warned.

Buprenophine success!
It appears to have a lot less
addiction
and tolerance issues compared to oxycondon and morphine. Here is a link to that webinar: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iCNI_UCj7SI&app=desktop To give you a bit of a background, I was taking Kratom for many years, which worked fantastically at first.

Ever tried a Haiku?
She was writing from her sudden reflection on how she had, unwittingly, let Corporate life, and her '
addiction
' to it, 'steal' ten years. (Similar to how I feel about FM, and the pain that came back today. So, it's no wonder I went to find her words). I welcome the tears her words bring me.

Buprenorphine (sp?)
This is a paper on the use of Buprenorphine in older people rather than Oxycontin ( as some of us are) it talks about
addiction
-- but I prefer to see it as dependency!😩😎 May be worth talking to your pain manager about it? https://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/923754 Cheers.

How to cope with feelings of being killed by diseases?
The doctor did not prescribe me with any medication for my anxiety because she said i'm still young and the medication might create an
addiction
. I am coping with my anxiety on my own and finding out ways to deal with it.

Parkrun fun
It’s such an amazing programme that’s helped me join the parkrun
addiction
. We’ve been away in London this week and I’ve not run since last weeks PR,so didn’t really want to get out of bed! Anyhow I went and felt so heavy and tired and actually had to walk a few paces just before the finish.
