colonoscopy prep/polyethylene glycol
I called the GI doc and they told me not to worry about the prep solution(
polyethylene
glycol
). I’m not very trusting so I wanted to know what members of this group thought. I’m I being too worried? Has anyone had kidney damage from the prep solution. Thank you in advance for your input.

Polyethylene Glycol - Rhinase Nasal Spray
I am trying to figure out if I have a sensitivity to Rhinase in my nose. If I spray it on my arm (inside part), and no reaction does that indicate no issue or is there a delayed reaction and/or mucus membranes act differently?

Brand change in oral solution
Morning and hope everyone has had a lovely Easter . I have just received my prescription and it is a different brand to that which I’ve had since the end of December. Some posts have said to be careful on switching brands . Initially I was taking Teva. The new brand is Mercury Pharmaceuticals. Please

At last I’ve managed 2x5minute runs🤣 and shoe porn 🤣🤣
We’ll after at least 2 months of physio and exercises I’ve finally got to 2x5 minutes of running. I still felt som pain but physio did say that I could carry on so long as it wasn’t too severe. So now I think I will stick with this regime for a while and I’ll try 2 runs a week. It’s slow progress but

Advice needed please about liquid Levothyroxine side effects
Hello, I wrote a post about a month ago saying my adult son was unable to get liquid levothyroxine as it was out of stock. He was taking the brill Pharma brand and tolerated it really well. The chemist managed to source Teva liquid levothyroxine three weeks after we asked for a repeat prescription

Does anyone have any advice or information on whether the laxative called
polyethylene
glycol
(PEG), phosphate enemas, and/or the sedative called propofol might cause any kidney damage? Thanks

I am now able to tolerate antibiotics again after my nerves healed
Hello! I just want to give this update about my situation. I hope people on here find this because my situation was a nightmare and I think this can help people who are confused and not sure what to do or if they'll ever be able to tolerate antibiotics again (TL;DR: you will be able to if you can heal

Sorbolene Lotion experience and my RLS
I was prescribed Sorbolene Lotion for my lower legs for dry skin - had very bad dry skin that was basically permanent. Anyway, I found that my restless legs disappeared after applying the cream. The cream is essentially just a moisturiser - says it has glycerine and vitamin E in it. I was applying it

Morphine constipation help
Only taking 7mg of morphine. In my third month. It is helping my PLMD but the constipation is horrible, and also sedation/fatigue has set in, and while I can drink caffeine it doesn't seem to have any effect. (I wish I had stayed at 4mg--it was helping less but I had more energy and controllable constipation

My wonderful mum has taken her last breath this evening. Whilst the last few weeks have seen days of deterioration and then stabilising, this final stage has been very quick. Two days in bed, unresponsive once we administered anticipatory medication because I wanted to be sure she wasn’t in pain or

Biotin and ESR/CRP Testing
Good evening. I have been taking supplements - AdCalD3 (of course!), Vit K2, VitB complex magnesium glycerine/malate and fish oil - fairly religiously since starting on pred. To help with hair/skin/bone thinning, I have also taken collagen and biotin. I was alarmed to discover tonight that biotin can

Second Stent
So in 2019 I had a stent after HA. Now four years later getting tightness cross chest, can still walk up 3 steps of stairs ok. Once I stop out walking it settles down again. I’m also asthmatic. My question is has any had a second stent that resolved this. I take glycerin spray once a month. thanks
