Gluten Free endo diet
I’ve recently been diagnosed with endo and I had my follow up call from the endometriosis nurse. She was lovely and gave me lots of advice. One thing she did advise is to go gluten free, as I have endo on my bowel and therefore bowel problems. Has anyone else had this recommendation? If so how are

Amphetamine for methadone withdrawal???
What's working for me is dextroamphetamine. I've tried Gabapentin for RLS at 1000mg nightly and I have been going through hell. Was on methadone 160mg daily for 16 years for opiate addiction I got when I had cancer surgery. Over one year tapered to 25mg methadone daily then quit cold turkey. I was desperate

Useful inventions for PMR sufferers😀
I had intended to reflect on my recent experience of visiting the US but I'm far too jet lagged still so I thought I'd like to try to make a list of inventions I'd like to see (not to be taken too seriously!) 1. The first would be an energy monitor like my phone has. It would show how much energy I have

Restless legs, why worse at times?
At different times in my life, I've had restless legs, and insomnia caused by that. I would take a sleep aid, one not mentioned as being worse for rls. Right now, big issue. Six nights in a row. I'm in a remote location for three more weeks with no access to pharmacy. Besides stretching exercises, what

Did you know we can’t have cold medicine with anxiety/depression meds?!
Yesterday I developed quite the cold and decided to take some Tylenol cough cold and flu medicine. If you’re on an SSRI (Paxil, Prozac, etc) DO NOT. Apparently the dextromethorphan in medications like Tylenol cough cold and flu can cause a bad reaction called seretonin syndrome? Who would’ve thought!

RLS Hope
Greetings, all. This is my first posting to this site, although I have been following it for some time. First, I want to thank everyone who has posted here – and particular thanks to Raffs and others with broad experience who have generously shared their knowledge. Although I wouldn't wish this condition

Present Situation not to enjoy
I am just reviewing my Situation with regards to my rls. Perhaps some of you have an idea for a further way. After quite some years I stopped pramipexol . dosage was 1x 0,12 mg in the evening. It was not helping any more and brought Augmentation. So I switched with help of my Neurologist to Pregabalin

Exercise therapy in Warwick, UK
Anyone here living in or around Warwickshire, Uk? If so I would like to let you know about the therapy programmes and classes specifically for people with PD coming soon. I have briefly talked about what I do when responding to other people's posts and have been asked by some to share more information

Things seem to going from bad to worse, Peeps, my husband’s Ascites has enlarged so hugely to the point his belly button has herniated. He saw his surgeon last Tuesday and he quadrupled his diuretics - Tamsulosin and Frumil - and he passes a reasonable amount of water in the mornings but that’s about
