I'm certain I have adrenal fatigue stage 3 from working high
adrenaline
jobs of law enforcement, fire fighter, EMS, prison officer, etc mostly overnight shifts and long hours. Then I was anorexic (in starving myself ) still weighed 200...for 5 months.

Teva - need advice on what next? Can't sleep AT all...
I have
adrenaline
surges - but could that just be that I'm undermedicated? Seriously thinking of taking one of my mum's cocodamol to sleep for one night. Thanks in advance...

Shoes Please Hold Out
I got these last year in April - These are Brook
Adrenaline
GTS 15. They have about 300 miles on them, walking, running and stair climbing. Most of that is on a track. They said they should last 300 - 500 miles. My feet are wide and I blow shoes out a lot.

Sad today.
Is it selfish that I'm sat in the bathroom crying so my husband doesn't hear? We are 9 months in. I love him more than ever if that's possible. Finding it hard that after his intensive rehab I get in from work and he can barely function ( I understand why, I work with children and young adults with sld

I have been ok since but now on 2.5mg bisoprolol daily which the immunisation team say will counteract my response to epipens in an emergency. as it is an
adrenaline
blocker !

I'm convinced
adrenaline
and cortisol have to be involved in some way. Anyhow, I know this is a bit of a random post but if anyone had any thoughts on what might have been going on or (a long shot) had experienced anything similar in regards to thyroid or adrenal issues it'd be great to hear.

Don't know what to do anymore
My anxiety has been up lately sending surges of
adrenaline
through my blood making my heart race which just makes me more anxious. When she told me she had breast cancer I literally lost my breath and got a surge of
adrenaline
. I'm so scared and don't know what to do. Anyone got suggestions?

Hi dont know if anyone can help, in an earlier post I said i had to have a filling or extraction and the dentist used the injection without

W4R1 Feeling really good!
Wow! DidW4R1 this morning and I was expecting it to be difficult, especially as I'd had a 4 day gap between run 2 and 3, due to a minor niggle in my knee, but it was great! I ran for 16 minutes! I felt like I could have kept going after the last run! What a buzz! Is this what they call an adrenalin rush

5.9 miles / Started Recording on Strava Free version.
I did my Goat Hill run for the second time. 5.9 miles, then walked home for another 1.5 miles. ugh, I don't like that walking home part. Need new shoes. These Brooks Adrenalin GTS 15s are about done. I love the stats Strava gives. Amazing. It estimated that I burned 1281 calories. I'm like'n that.

Any positive feedback
Been dealing with this anxiety for 2 years and symptoms seemed to have changed recently and it happened after I had a few good days, now I'm feeling offbalance and brain fog, recently quit chewing tobacco but I had some coffee this morning and had an episode of shortness of breath and then a surge of

PROUD OF MYSLEF
My legs went all funny and the
adrenaline
suddenly disappeared. All racing thoughts stopped and I immediately felt ok. Feel like I've got somewhere today. Breathing properly is the key. And positive thinking

Major update!!!!
Could be a possible tumor on my adrenal gland, could be benign or cancerous, adrenal glands are putting off
adrenaline
constantly, when this happens its causing anxiety, also its causing my other issues, tachycardia when eating because of low blood surgar due to
adrenaline
making the body consume energy

On the Anxiety rollercoaster and the ride is almost over.
It's a thought solely built from
adrenaline
that has no outlet. Other things that helped... Ginger pills. Game changer for nauseous stomach and all natural ginger!! I got mine at Meijer for $6. Diffuser and essential oils. I've got peppermint and lavender and I am in love. Bubble baths!
