I have been prescribed clonazepam 2mg.. Few Qestions?
Mainly to steer away from
addiction
. Whats everybody's thoughts on this? My RLS is 24/7, affects me in arms, back, legs, sometimes even the face. Only medication I have ever taken was 2 tablets of amitrypline at its lowest dose, spaced 7 weeks apart. never going down that road again.

I thought I'd better try to write something, We all know why were here, to give support to all those other poor souls who are battling nicotine
addiction
. Nicotine's a strange drug, it doesn't do much for you really but it gets under your skin.

Hi does anyone with Pbc eat lots of sugar (fruit, dessert, juice etc)? I'm trying to see if there is a link with insulin resistance & Pbc
Anyone else out there with a sugar
addiction
? Problem with insulin resistance? Or good results cutting sugar?

Anxiety or something more?
This worked but I ended up with a heroin
addiction
off and on for 8 years. I finally sobered up and started having extreme panic attacks. I thought demons were attacking me and I was scared to be alone with my own children.

Oh Dear! Not Sure What's Happening to Me!!
Well, maybe that's stretching things a bit too much - after all, I will be 60 next month, but if I can just complete B210k I will be really happy with that (I think - but who knows now I've obviously got the
addiction
!). Thanks to you all for your encouraging posts. Happy running x

Now, it will also replace your daily antihistamine for the sniffles and itchy nose and eyes as well as help anyone who may have an
addiction
problem with pain pills (as mentioned above). Buy some online I don't care who from just try it. You'll be blessed and pleased you did.

Anyone feel worse after eating high sugar foods?
, I sometimes succumb to my sugar
addiction
and have a major "pig out" on chocolate or something similar. Whilst initially I love it, I find that very quickly, I start to feel bloated and lethargic and the following day, often have increased muscle and joint pain.

Hi everyone I've just joined as I have put off serious dieting for years and have 2 beautiful children who are now my inspiration!
My main problem is I feel I have a food
addiction
- some times I eat a massive bar of chocolate without remembering if I enjoyed it?! Coupled with a long standing hate of physical activity has led to me weighing over 20 stone now!

Struggling with caffeine addiction, any advice?
Hello, I used to drink only coke and i'm now struggling to stop drinking it, I have managed to cut back alot, I no longer have coke at home and have restricted myself to 2 of the 500 ml bottles whilst at work. I tried the cold turkey approach and got headaches, felt really tired and just had no energy
