Third Consolidation Run
Woke up with achy legs and somebody told me to take a couple of aspirin to deal with it and so I did. Amazing, no more achy legs. This was one of those days where my head could easily have sabotaged me but my music and mental strength pulled me through. First 5 minutes felt tough today. Up to 10 minutes

Finished week 4, need a pep talk please!
I am feeling like week 5 is a mountain I can't climb at the moment. 4/2 and 4/3 one of the 5minute runs in both I could barely complete as my legs were burning so much, I was slow jogging as slowly as possible and my breathing was good. This has been the issue every time I've tried to get into running

Partner has brain injury
I'm living with someone who suffered brain injury from car accident. I'm struggling with the loneliness and feeling of being in over my head. Am looking for help and advice from other people who Partners also have brain injury to keep my relationship, rather than walk away 😥

This girl can run! - I did it 🎉🍾
Well I finally did it, this girl can run 🏃🏽♀️lol. I started the C25K programme on 1st June but had a calf injury at week 5 which saw me on the injury couch for 5 weeks. This was a struggle because by then I was hooked on running but my physio made me see sense. I finally ventured back out and tentatively

Specialist Endo needed in the South East
Getting desperate! My NHS Endo who works in West Kent is retiring in the next few months and I am going to need an experienced Endo to take over my (unusual) case. I am on combination therapy T4/T3. I have the list from Thyroid UK and unfortunately I have exhausted all of those possibilities. I can't

TBI and complete 3rd nerve palsy after a cycling accident in August 2020
So I'm fairly new to this world and thought it would be good to share my story and hopefully connect with others in a similar situation. Nice to meet you all! 🧠👋 On 3rd August 2020, I went out for a solo cycle for some exercise. Unfortunately I didn't make it home that day and instead ended up in hospital

10 weeks/ 9 weeks pregnant??
Hi all, had a scan done today. I was supposed to be 10weeks and 2 days instead on the sona it shows 9weeks and 3 days, there is a heartbeat and we saw that the bean had hiccups. But I dont know if I should be worried about the difference of a week? Has anyone experienced this and carried to term? I'm

W9R2 losing motivation 😩
Having read today’s posts of fellow runners completing the programme spurred me on to have a go at R2. Been resting up for a week now with quad pain. So decided it felt a lot better so got ready and did some dynamic stretches . Fine. All good. Started out and could feel a little niggle on the 5min brisk

He returned to school and doesn't have any
accidents
at school, or poos. So he's clearly withholding, though I'm not sure how aware he is of this.
Accidents
tend to happen at the weekends and evenings for half the week.

My 3 month old baby throws up all the time?
Is this normal. She has been fine up until the last three weeks, I also think she is teething, she is irritable and dribbles all the time. But the throwing up is concerning me? I have fed her SMA organic since birth and she’s been fine so I don’t know if it’s the milk or just an episode?

Week 9 Run 3 - Warm up run
Sorry Burkey, I didn’t make it. I started off faster than usual thinking I was going to do a PB but I then realised that I wasn’t feeling great. It was torrential rain and very windy and I got to 5 minutes and my legs felt heavy but I carried on ignoring it. I got to 10 minutes and i seemed to be struggling

W8R1 good run but now resting ankle 🙄
Did this run yesterday in thankfully cooler weather. Part way round I developed a niggle on the inside of my left ankle 🥴 Having read other posts I’ve carefully been alternating pavements so as not to always be running on the same camber. I had no trouble in finishing but was a bit concerned as there

FET - Progynova side effects
Hi everyone. I started Progynova twice a day last week and upped it to 3 times yesterday as per clinic instructions. Since the baseline scan I have had pains like ovulation pains every day and today I have bled (brown not red) quite a bit. Tonight my stomach is cramping as if AF is close (although it

It's Been Awhile Everyone..Which Means I Have Serious Pent Up Emotions
I feel like I have emotional whiplash, and keep getting into emotion "
accidents
" where I can't even heal from the first whiplash. I am so angry, I am SO depressed (that's an understatement), that I feel like I don't even know who I am anymore.
