bad ibs symptoms

hello i am new i have ibs i am really struggling to manage to eat foods without getting instant pain afterwards i get a swollen stomach in and out of hospital aswell when i last went in they said i have a gas bubble in my stomach i am in bad pain and dont know what to do 😔

I'd maybe go back to your doctor and see if they can recommend any medication if your not already taking any. When I first started with ibs I was the same with getting severe stomach ache after eating and I constantly felt like I was going to throw my food back up because i was producing so much gas in my stomach and i couldnt get it up (burping), my doctor prescribed me colpermin to take 1, 3 times a day and I still take them today over 2 years later I durnt miss a single tablet now as I know I'd go back to that. Might be worth having a chat with your doctor of course everyone is different but they worked for me

Rennie Deflatine is good at dispersing and helping to eliminate trapped gas. Someone asked a similar question recently. Wind products seem to be in short supply at the moment, but I think Ocado (in the UK) had some stock at the time.
