Ferritin and folate?
Just read the post from Sneadle and reply re a folate supplement. Was thinking of sending for some but on checking my results realised it is my ferritin thats low. Not sure if these are interlinked. So can anyone recommend a good ferritin supplement please?

help with my auntie’s results
I asked her daughter if she would get a print out of her results they have only done TSH which was 2-14 (0.3-4.2) serum vitamin b12 400 (197 -0-771.0) serum folate 5.3(3) , I think she’s only on a starter dose could you please give some feed back thankyou so much , she is 84 years old

How much folic acid while on ED injections?
I inject b12 daily or at least every other day for over two years now. I'm lots better by now but have still slight polyneuropathy left.
