What do you take for anxiety and does Metropolol help?
My recent run of short but frequent afib and SVT episodes, and not knowing when they will hit, has started to make me feel anxious at times. I'm sure part of it is the uncertainty of how it will play out since it's so new. That and perhaps not fully accepting that things have changed. Every few days

Has anyone tried home remedies to help with IBS-C..such as Apple Cider Vinegar, Blackstrap Mollasses, etc? Anything better than Laxatives?
So tired of medication that doesn't work. Can't be on toilet all day cramping because I have mandatory groups. Tired of Linzess and loose stools. Fiber does nothing. Have gone to every Doctor and Gastro..just had Upper GI, and lower Bowel Follow through with Barium Swallow. Everything fine. Colonoscopy

I'm on a low sodium diet but I must get protein etc to maintain my weight. I've lost 7 stone over the years. I see there seafood is recommended as a source of protein and as I love shell fish I thought I'd try moules marinere at a local cafe here in Plymouth. Oh boy did I suffer last night, appalling

Chronic side stitch
I am a 30 year old female. For 10 + years, every time I run, I get a side stitch within a few minutes and it’s so bad I can’t continue running. This even happens when walking sometimes, biking, skating, using elliptical, etc. It’s usually on the right side under the ribs, but sometimes other spots in

Salt and morning headaches
I've held off posting about this for a few days, although I've mentioned it where it seems relevant in replies. For a long time I've often woken up with a headache in the morning, which usually goes away after I've been up for a while and had breakfast. I don't know when this first started but it was

I was hoping someone could interpret my results, i.e. if there's anything I should be concerned about. I'm
