right knee replacement
Still on a
Lupron
vacation. Osteopenia cleared up after 21 months with only bicalutamide, T rose to 226, and PSA has stayed less than 0.1. I finally have a new knee! It‘s painful but every night is a bit better than the night before and I can walk our property for the first time in years.

Aorto-caval lymph nodes
I have mildly avid nodes there that are not responding to
Lupron
. My RO wants to treat the entire area, not just spot treat with Cyberknife. He seems confident he can safely treat the area.

thoughts 🙏
He has been on Ibrance, letrozole,
lupron
, and xjeva. His Mets were to bone and then he was NED for a year from June 2022 to June 2023. In July he took a PET scan and it showed a slight uptake of activity to his chest wall. Plan was to keep him on his current meds and re-scan 2-3 months.

Erleada side effects
Would like to hear from those with personal experience that have added Erleada to ADT (
Lupron
, Firmagon, Orgovyx). What additional side effects did you experience ( fatigue, cognitive, lab test changes, rash, etc). Not looking for studies or drug mfg info, I'm able to look at that.

What comes after, what comes next?
Lupron
twice a year, Bicalutamide, failed at 7 months, Xtandi failed at 4 months, currently on Zytiga. We met with my dad’s oncologist on 4/24. My Dad’s PSA dropped from 2.47-1.46 and pain has been improving.

Extreme sweats will they diminish; Zitiga is it worth it
My MO retired and the new MO changed from Degarelix to
Lupron
, the 3 month shot, August, 2023 to be more convenient rather than having to come in every 28 days for the Degarelix shot.

Does triplet Therapy still work if you've failed Enza?
As most posters know the UK doesn't allow for other 'mides' once you've failed Xtandi (as I have done) But I am considering buying Abi from India to add to my
Lupron
and Docetaxel. Has anyone had success with Abi after Xtandi failure? Is the triplet therapy likely to work for me?

Triplet Therapy
My question for you is what does this plan do for me that current
Lupron
doesnt? That sounds dumb, what I mean is that the spreading prostate cancer cannot be cured or removed. So does this triplet simply slow it down even more than current
Lupron
?

Future after Erleada/Lupron
I've been taking Erleada/
Lupron
for almost four years with few side effects (for which I'm grateful). I'm aware that my results have been very good and I wasn't looking for advice regarding a change in my care....I just wanted to have a second doctor to go to when things change for the worse.

Firmagon vs Lupron vs Orgovyxx
Is there any difference in cost/effectiveness? My urologist wanted me to start hormone therapy with Firmagon, but my radiation oncologist wanted me to go on Orgovyxx instead...any thoughts? Thank you!

Your thoughts on next course of action
At this point my thought is to initiate
Lupron
/Abi/Prednizone and hope to be able to take a vacation in 2 or 3 years. Seems to me there is no loss in zapping the two nodes that showed active but not sure if my RO would go for that. Any thoughts?

Intermittent ADT
I was given a 3 month
Lupron
shot which reduces my PSA to 0.24 ug/l. I'm considering going on IADT....6 months of ADT followed by 6 months break and repeat. Anyone tried such a treatment...what are the results? Thanks for any advice.
