Almost forgot I have PC
I am now getting
Immunotherapy
(Opdivo) every 4 weeks for a whole year. In the mean time my PSA has risen from 0.42 before the bladder surgery to 0.67 in 2 months after the surgery. My MO will start ADT if I'm tolerating the Opdivo infusions.

Does anyone have experience of Lenvatinib as a treatment for liver cancer?
I accepted an offer of undergoing
immunotherapy
which seemed to be a satisfactory alternative treatment. I had several very encouraging reports from people who had great success with it.

An update on my father’s immunotherapy for his lung cancer.
He's continuing with the
immunotherapy
for now and then they'll reassess and do a scan. To see if any change in how he's responding to the
immunotherapy
. Any thoughts, comments, bits of insight from your own experiences would be really appreciated. Thank you

Hello, beautiful community. Thanks to all of you for helping me to learn how to manage my hypothyroidism. The new challenge is to get treated for Lymphoma(cancer of the lymph system. There is a guideline about some medications like any anti-inflammatory medications and some hormone replacement therapy

Psilocybin clinical trial
That coupled with 7 years of Lupron and all the other chemo and
immunotherapy
drugs and side effects - I feel have cumulatively affected my mental health. I hoping to ‘level up’ my awareness and engagement, connect with the Big Why. I’m one of the 200 data points, my ‘dosing day’ is next week.

Notes on Updates and latest research from the ASH annual meeting.
-- INCA033989 is the new CALR antibody for
immunotherapy
. CALR is exposed on the exterior cell surface, an opportunity to attack it via
immunotherapy
. Doesn't work on Jak2. Fixes everything in CALR mice, blood counts, marrow. Phase 1 starting this year in UK. It's for real now.

Jevtana prescribed until Pluvicto available to him
He already had Zytiga, Xtandi, radiation, cryotherapy,
Immunotherapy
and Taxotere... running out of options but fortunately, he is still feeling pretty good considering all.

BAT question. A little worried about results.
I had
immunotherapy
(Provenge) which didn’t really do much and my PSA remained 14. My MO recommended adding Orgovyx to the Nubeqa and PSA went down to 6. I hate the sarcopenia and weakness and proposed trying BAT. My MO has had me stop Nubeqa for 4 weeks but stay on Orgovyx.

Exon20 mutation and Mobocertinib
Hi , after the usual ‘standard’ chemo and
immunotherapy
( which seriously impacted on my kidney function and had to be stopped ) I have now been diagnosed with Exon20 mutation and offered Mobocertinib . This is exactly a year after my initial diagnosis .

Blood Negative MRD
Currently: after 11 months, February 2023, of
immunotherapy
, my hubby's blood revealed negative MRD. In April he will have a BMB to see if this too is negative. If there is a small amount of CLL in his bone marrow he will continue to take A&V for an other 9 months.

When I asked the oncologist how we would know if it’s spread tot he brain- he said he advised againgst a scan; Psychologically very hard for a patient to handle this news She would not be eligible for
immunotherapy
which is starting next week she had an incident last week where she forgot a key

Update on failing Enzalutamide
Hello again friends, I wrote recently after learning that Xtandi was no longer working, seeking options. Since then I have had a consultation with my Oncologist and we went through the (limited) range of options for someone who is living in the UK and being treated on the National Health Service. Brief

Stage 4 lung cancer - treatment
His treatment plan was to have Cisplatin and Pemetrexed (chemotherapy) and Pembrolizumab (
Immunotherapy
). He tolerated a number of cycles but then got a couple of infections at once and was very poorly.

? Any progress in the history of "War on Cancer"
Some significant progress into some childhood malignancies and perhaps
immunotherapy
for lung Ca/Melanoma. Rest of progress slower than climate change and often reported as "break throughs" when looking at a few months improvements.
