Acalabrutinib plus Obinutuzumab in Treatment-Naïve and Relapsed/Refractory CLL
Toxicities that generally led to discontinuation of
ibrutinib
, such as atrial fibrillation and arthralgias, did not lead to acalabrutinib discontinuation in this study.

Ibrutinib
I am new to this site. I was diagnosed almost a year ago with CLL. I’m on Iburtinib and it works great for me. The first 3 weeks of taken Ibutinib was a none event but the next 4weeks or so was brutal as my white blood cell count dropped . I almost gave up but as my numbers got lower the side effects

Treatment does not have to be something to dread
I will continue with venetoclax and
Ibrutinib
after that. The trial has been relatively smooth and I feel the rewards have way out weighed the negatives. I’m posting this in the hope that it will be of some comfort to any of you about starting treatment.

My two year on ibrutinib check up
Venetoclax has some approval now, but not frontline with
ibrutinib
. Dr Thompson thinks I should not rock the boat now and that waiting to add venetoclax while
Ibrutinib
works it’s magic might even be advantageous. Having Cll sucks big time.

Deep sleep problems with Ibrutinib?
I’m wondering if this is a side effect of
Ibrutinib
??? Oncologist has not heard about such issues but the drug is relatively new. If u have sleep problems, what are they and have you found any solutions???

Ibrutinib and Orange Juice
Please if I could ask for assistance again: I am seeing different opinion in consuming Orange Juice. I'm taking 420 IB in the AM with 1 glass freely squeezed orange/or blood orange juice, mostly 3 oranges, "N O T SEVILLE " NOR Grapefruit juice. Could this interact with IB? Appreciate any answer, Happy
