Lisinopril/ Ace Inhibitors and Ibrutinib
Several weeks ago, it was mentioned on HU, that some people were told to stop Ace Inhibitors while on
Ibrutinib
. I am wondering if anyone found out what this was all about?

Dr wanted me off
ibrutinib
for a couple months before possibly starting alacabrutinib. Having terrible headaches, nausea and achy legs etc. since stopping. Is this normal? How long will it last?

Rib Pain associated with CLL or Ibrutinib therapy?
I am experiencing pain in my rib cage which has persisted for about 3 weeks. It was localized at first but seems more diffuse now. I am 88 years of age and been treated with Imbruvica 140mg/day for 3 years with good blood results. Anemia gone, white count improving and platelets improving but low.

Richter’s Transformation - updated
When treated with treatments like
Ibrutinib
or Venetoclax that act so fast, the CLL goes away and that's when the RT comes out aggressively.

BUPA's get-out clause for cancer
Bupa sees
Ibrutinib
as a one-off yearly treatment, rather than a single claim that simple is ongoing. So my future with Bupa is to simply be priced out of treatment. So much for Bupa's cancer promise!

Do We Stay On Ibrutinib Forever?
From reading this other new post today, it seems every person replying mentions having been on
Ibrutinib
between three and five years currently. Some of those mentioned reaching MRD a year or so ago.
