Small gestational sac - experiences?
Hi guys, Found out I was pregnant a couple of weeks ago, very faint lines on the tests but they were there (they were also progressing nicely). Had a scan at my EPU as I have a history of ectopics so have to go in early, by my period dates I was 5 weeks but as I ovulated on day 21 I knew I was more

Ruxolitinib and constipation
I've been on ruxolitinib for about eight months and have just realized that constipation is becoming a problem for me. Looking back, this may have started about four months ago but since I've been dealing with irritable bowel syndrome for more than 50 years, I was slow to recognize it as something new

Eptopic?
I have a repeat blood test tomorrow after my HCG last week was just 9, I had a sore stomach through the week and Ive had a consistently dull pain in my right side tonight and so paranoid it's eptopic (originally thought chemical) has anyone had experience of this and had similar symptoms? I will obviously

9dp5dt, no positive test result, period missed 6 days
It is 9th day after FET. On the day 7, I had a faint line on the pregnancy test, only in the morning urine. Today it is much more faint, almost impossible to see, instead of getting thicker line. I am using sensitive dipsticks which are able to capture 10mui. My period missed 6 days. My fever is between

Anyone else being seen at Royal Marsden Sutton?
Hi. Its a while since I’ve posted. I’m now being treated at the Royal Marsden in Sutton - are any other people being treated there? I have myelofibrosis. Would be nice to be in touch with others in the area. My husband developed a glioblastoma very suddenly 2 yrs ago and died within 3 months.

Hematocrit question
Currently Hematocrit is 43.1, Hbg 12.4. Am going on a trip so won’t have access to phlebotomy for over 3 weeks & don’t want to go over 45 especially while being on a long flight. Asked my Dr & she approved it Wondering if there would be any concern if the phlebotomy would lower my hematocrit to 41 or

Anyone taken this as a capsule or the natural ingredients I've read quite a bit about these ingredients and they seem to possibly help with copd symptoms. Could anyone enlighten me whether its worth buying the manufactured capsules please ? X

EXTREME bone pain with Neupogen injections, advise welcome!
Has anyone experienced extreme pain with Neupogen GCSF injections? My husband has received 2 out of 4 injections and is in agonizing bone pain. His specialist recommended a hot bath, Claritin, and Tylenol. I also have a heating pad on his back. Just wondering how long this will last and how he is going

Sensitive - How long does it take to get a negative pregnancy test after miscarriage?
Hi all, I took medication for a miscarriage on Dec 23rd (due to a empty 3cm sac). I was told the hcg pregnancy test should be negative 3 weeks after, which will be Saturday. I took the HCG test this morning and the test line is still almost as dark as the control. I was expecting the test to be negative

ALC is still going up
Well, today I had another CBC. My ALC continues to go up consistently at each 2 week check and I will be seeing my onco at the beginning of Feb. In addition to the rising alc, test shows a few other little changes that i don't fully understand -- my MCV is now reading high (99.50) and my MCHC is low

Exercise is the fountain of youth
I always loved the natural high that exercise brings but I never really knew how totally therapeutic it is. I was always the Captain in Team Sports growing up & just generally active. Things slowed down during college & never got added to my ‘adult’ life of creating a career & family. Anyway, after

Rux and IFN combo therapy
This recent report points to benefits of combining Rux and IFN. Of particular interest is the low doses that were enabled toward the end. -Notable: "The JAK2V617F allele burden was significantly reduced 3 months after the start of treatment, and continued to decline from a median of 47% to 6%." In
