Covid trial in UK examines mixing different vaccines
A UK trial has been launched to see if giving people different Covid vaccines for their first and second doses works as well as the current approach of using the same type of vaccine twice. The idea is to provide more flexibility with vaccine rollout and help deal with any potential disruption to supplies

Progesterone withdrawal?
I started bleeding last Sunday at 16dp5dt after a BFP (had hCG tests and a confirmed loss on wed 19th) it seemed to stop yesterday but today I’ve had another heavy bleed. Will this be a withdrawal bleed from stopping the progesterone do you think? My last dose was on Tuesday night. I’m just trying to

FET - 4+4 ... nervous AF coming ?
I am now 4+4 after testing positive on 4+1 (HcG of 105). I have not had any symptoms other than tiredness in the tww. Today I start to feel my tummy could be giving me AF symptoms, and I am getting so nervous. Am i imagining AF and maybe rather pregnancy symptoms ? I can’t do new bloodtest as not near

Update after BMB
It's been awhile since my first BMB, but have been recovering & processing the results. I had a hard time with sedation & took me some time to reset myself from that ordeal (getting sick, having two veins blow out with blood draws & iv). I lost weight & only weighed at 104 lbs that day! I was diagnosed

Confirmed - the bad news we were expecting
I started bleeding 16dp5dt and had been having quite bad period-like cramps but as you do, we clung on to anything we could think of (or find on google that worked in our favour), desperate for an explanation and for everything to be fine. I had my second blood test today which confirms my hcg is decreasing

Reassuring Advice?
Hi ladies - need some reassurance. I finally had by BFP after a frozen embryo transfer. I had blood hcg tests 9 days post transfer (300+) and 11 days post transfer (800+) of which my clinic said were good numbers. On Thursday I have my first scan but I don’t think they are checking hcg again. Is this

Richter’s Transformation - Results of my Pseudo Richter Human Genome study
Hi. As I mentioned earlier, Professor Elias Campo did a study of my Ricther to try to understand the behavior I copy and paste the result Our cases are helping that Richter's transformation is not the great unknown within the world of CLL. We have sequenced the entire genome of the CLL and the lymph

Adenonyosis and IVF
Hey, Just wondered if anyone else has gone through IVF whilst having Adenomyosis. I was only diagnosed with it a year ago by a private consultant via ultrasound however none of my most recent ultrasounds have picked up on anything via the NHS. I am currently 15dp3dt and have started bleeding and cramping

Interferon-alpha for treating polycythemia vera yields improved myelofibrosis-free and overall survival
« Interferon-alpha (rIFNα) is the only disease-modifying treatment for polycythemia vera (PV), but whether or not it prolongs survival is unknown. This large single center retrospective study of 470 PV patients compares the myelofibrosis-free survival (MFS) and overall survival (OS) with rIFNα to two

*sensitive* The first trimester is worse agony than the 2WW for me 😩
I went if for my approximate 7 week viability scan on Monday...and the FS said that it was good news to tell me! Embabie was implanted in the right place and we have a good heartbeat! He said he put me between 6-7 weeks pregnant. Obviously this was overwhelming as we stared at that little flickering

9DPFET ... 5 day blastocyst, HCG at 7 on today’s test. my heart died a little bit.
I have done everything I could this time, ERA, immune suppressant, claxane, metformin, asprin, p4 oil shots. And yet, the HCG says 7. Doctor told me not to be too hopeful.

low rising HCG
Hi, I had HCG test done on mon and it was 117, 2 days later it’s only gone up to 162. Anyone got any experience of this? Is it ectopic or miscarriage? Or any chance it will work out? I think i’m about 4 and a half weeks pregnant. Thanks
