back in to a routine …🤞🏼

I am aiming to get out 2/3 times a week at the moment while I contemplate whether to commit to the Bridge. I don’t know why I’m procrastinating really I just need to get on with it!

So far this week I’ve actually achieved my goal including a pre work run this morning. This is the bit that normally throws me off as I like to run early and it isn’t always possible to fit all the pre and post run faff in if I have to look presentable straight away- but today I can work at home for a bit on the computer and no one can see my post run state! 🤣

It definitely feels good to be running more regularly again and I think the thing which is working for me is giving myself permission to do a short quick run if this is all I can fit in. As we always say any run is a run and they all count. I don’t get hung up on speed or distance but I do like to do at least one longer run each week.

As you can see from the photo it was a lovely still morning, but there were some threatening clouds- and we timed it just right because as I write, the heavens have opened!

Happy running everyone 🏃🏼‍♀️
