It's been a while, Weather, Work and Whatnot... I have slipped off the running bandwagon. I have not given up completely but my runs have been sporadic at best, so back to the beginning and get the rhythm back.

The good news is that having done it before, I can do it again. It is nice to be back and reading all the stories and adventures.

It is good to be back - I really missed the structure and routine, having to figure it out for myself is much harder!
