The day started with a long conversation with myself if I should stay in bed longer and have a nice easy morning or actually put on the suffocating bra and go check out if the heat already settled in. Good news: heat is yet to come, doggo was happy 😊
My breathing was on heavier side and my walks didn't fully recover it, but the runs felt easier. Yes! Easier! Hurray!!! I felt like today I could have run a little longer and possibly a little faster. My last minute of running I did pick up the pace a little. I didn't measure my run properly, so my cool down walk was longer, but that's perfectly fine
My fancy Garmin watch ⌚ that I bought to motivate myself to live more active life told me that this run yielded 3 PBs 😁 although when I checked on the phone it shows only the longest run 🤷 Technology eh?
After a slightly shorter stretch, I got too excited about life and before work I emptied the bins and put on laundry. Which means that during one of the breaks I will be frantically taking down dry laundry to hang up fresh load to air dry 😅😅😂
All in all I was surprised that longer break between runs wasn't detrimental for my running. So yet another run clocked in 😁✅ It was a nice morning run with a doggo 😊

It’s so satisfying when you can feel you’re making progress. Rest when you need it is so good for that. New tech is a great fun too-just make sure you don’t lose sight of the main metric that really counts…you’re feeling good! Long may that continue. Enjoy your next run!
Thank you 🤗 I agree, tech is and always has been just a support rather than goal in ots own. It's nice to see PB popping on the screen, but beating those PBs amis not my goal
Yes, when the next PB will come, I will celebrate, but I am not working towards it, I hope it will come as a natural progression due to consistent work
