Today I did the stepping stone run for the 2nd time and those last five minuets I find really hard so I will not be progressing to the speed run until I have mastered that 5 minuets of hard running. Did not think that that full out last 5 minuets would be so difficult. I am getting to the end but finding it very difficult, maybe I should realise that my body is not designed for speed 🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️

"maybe I should realise that my body is not designed for speed"
It's way too early to come to this conclusion. You are only 10 or 11 weeks into your running journey.
I will repeat my advice from the day before - you should concentrate on consolidating your new-found fitness by doing 3x 30 mins a week (just like Week 9), nothing fancy, no speed work and maybe extend one of those by a few mins a week. Do that for 2-4 weeks and then try Stepping Stone.
Did you know that it takes 1-2 years of regular running for the body to become fully adapted to the stresses and strains of it? It is beginners that are most at risk from injury - the phrase "too much, too soon" exists for a good reason.
I admire your enthusiasm - we can all relate to it. But you are in no rush - just take it easy and you will be rewarded.
I agree with John_W , Busboyglyn . While it's great that you're keen to do more, you only completed C25K on 6th April 2024. Now isn't the time to be pushing yourself to go faster, whether that's with Beyond C25K or otherwise. Doing so at this early stage will more likely leave you injured and/or disappointed than faster, fitter and happier.
