So I graduated at the end of 2018. I ran a few parkruns and was very happy with how things were going.
Then in Jan 2019 I had a terrible cold and cough, then discovered I was pregnant, suffered with morning sickness throughout my pregnancy and developed SPD.
So I didn't run again until last week! 6 months postpartum and it's about time! I've started from the beginning again and I love it!
Anyone else starting again?

Me! I started last week, next run is W2R2. I have a knee issue which placed me on the bench for over a year. However after a lot of physio I am starting off gently. My knee still hurts but I am doing lots of strengthening exercises in between runs.
Hello SA, yeah I am starting again as well, for various reasons, mostly injury, last one being a stress fracture... prior to this I had completed C25K and Bridge to 10K. So I am up to week 7 again on C25K, must admit I am loving it.
Well done you! Fantastic that you're doing it especially with a small baby. I also graduated in summer 2018, did a couple of park runs and then stopped due to it being winter and work pressures. I feel so much better about it second time around. Keep up the good work!
Thank you! Yes, I think winter was part of my stopping too. But what with everything else, I couldn't get running again. So pleased to be able to, especialy with what's going on.
A bit of everything really. I joined the club who organised our group C25K and I now now coach newbies! π
In March I did Run Every Day AND ran a total of over 200k in the same month.
C25K graduation was also in March and we were in Week 9 when the lockdown happened! So annoying. But we had a WhatsApp group so everyone could share their virtual W9R3 graduation. Most of them are still running.
That's amazing! Good for you! I really love the structure of the programme and how it builds you up to achieving something which, to begin with, seems impossible. W2R2 this weekend!
Good luck to all of you 2018 graduates who are returning to c25k. Iβve been on the IC since a skiing accident on 1 March and hope to start run/walking again in 3 weeks. πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
