Congrats on starting the program!

1 Thing i would say is just make sure the trainers you do have are a good fitting pair with good support. I started with some battered old gym shoes and they actually destroyed my feet. I started hobbling on the warm up walks and it really put me off.

After week 2, i went and brought some new Brooks and OMG, it was amazing.

Won't be long before you are looking at shoes and other gear wondering if you can justify another pair 😄

Thank you and yes, getting out of the front door is an issue; I have chosen early am so I have time when I get home to stretch out, shower and be ready for the day ahead.
