Finished week 2 by the skin of my teeth....I have sciatica which flares up for 24 hours after each run and I'm not sure if I can run for 3 minutes next time.....I'm also struggling with diet, I wanna lose weight but running is making me soooo hungry, is this normal?

If it occurs every time you run, it may be worth having it checked out by your GP. I am not hungry after running, quite the reverse; are you eating enough in the day? Sometimes we can cut back too far when we are anxious to loose weight. Well done for getting out there xx

Maybe it's thirst, not hunger?! Drink a big glass of water after your run then wait and see if you're still hungry.
The tummy kidding trick is to drink water. Not in one go but regularly so youβre often drinking. This is kidology for your stomach, according to my GP. As for W3 take it easy and slow, think π and that will help. Slow running is cool running and builds your stamina.
Well done.. are you sure it is Sciatica... ? You need to get that checked out... and if you ar hungry then eat..but make sure it is a healthy option
