I'm back...i think!!!I decided today was a good day to try & get back to it after a month off due to illness!!!!
I was undecided where to start back...so i went for slap bang in the middle at week 3.
I am pleased to say that after 4 weeks off with various lurgies & no exercise...i managed to do a week 3 run with no problems.it has really given my confidence the boost it needed to get back to where i was before & the familiar buzz was back π
