I don't have an i phone, is there any other way to download Couch to 5k + podcasts or Strength and Flex podcasts please? The couch to 5k podcasts can be downloaded from googleplay but I can't see that option for these.
Thanks

I managed to do it for S&F! go to nhs.uk/Livewell/strength-an...
click "week 1" button
click download link.
I would post a screenshot but I can't post image in comment.
I've no iPhone either, but I've an old MP3 player which easily takes all the NHS original C25K, C25K+, S+F etc podcasts. It doesn't take other apps though, so my Garmin watch measures times, distances and elevations for me. Hope this helps? Good luck 😀
I have downloaded the podcasts to an I pod via iTunes and that works well. Good luck
So took mine as mp3 downloads directly from the main site - you shouldn't have any problems with that. This assumes you want the downloads. If you want the app where you get Laura without the music, I am not sure how you would proceed.
I downloaded mine from iTunes directly on my iPod. Easy.
I have my daughters old samsung and managed to download as MP3. Have them on my Iphone 6 Plus but need a trailer to run with that monster!!!
For the Couch to 5K podcasts, just click on the individual weeks here:
nhs.uk/Livewell/c25k/Pages/... - and download
Thank you so much for all your advice but I am still struggling with this - I don't have an ipod or MP3 player but I do have a samsung phone so if anyone can give me an idiots guide to downloading these as MP3 I would be soooo grateful as I think I must be going wrong somewhere. For the record, it's Strength & Flex and C25K plus that I want, not the C25K podcasts. Thanks x
Here's the link
google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j... .
I went online with my phone and downloaded them directly onto said phne. The other way is to download them to your computer, then plug your phone into the USB and drag and drop. I haven't had much success with this, but I do have a card reader - you put your SD card into it (from the phone) then drag and drop onto the card. Hope tghat makes sense... if a technophobe like me can do....
