iron lab results 10 weeks post iron infusion
The Sleep neurologist plans to increase the dose and, if it stops my legs from moving, start me on a trial of

for sleep. Plus four iron infusions (Ferrlecit and Venifer did nothing for RLS and made me quite ill).

So just watched the piano 🎹, and my all time favourite composer/ singer is Billy Joel
So I really have a keen ear for music and it's amazing how many famous singers have put words to old classical songs, Billy Joel put words to Beethoven piano
sonata
(This night is mine) the Beech Boys also did a song call lady Linda, from JS Bach jesu joy, the way they jazzed up classical songs gave

DOES ANYONE TAKE SONATA, LUNESTA, or RESTORIL for their RLS and if so, does it work for you?
Dr. Buchfuchrer's website list a host of drugs that have been prescribed over the years for RLS and their effects. Wondering if anyone takes either of these three for insomnia and RLS?

There are honkytonk pianos and there are out of tune pianos.
So I found “Adagio cantabile” (
Sonata
Pathetique, Op.13) from my Spotify playlist. This music transformed the room. Jenny’s face was just transfixed in wonder. Perhaps she had never heard so much clarity of music from a speaker. We chatted for ages. She asked, had I been to her house before?

She requested that I played Beethoven's Moonlight
Sonata
. She told me that she played this tune as a girl and whilst at school as a teenager played the piano in assembly as the girls walked in.

Adding an Antidepressant to ADHD and Anxiety Meds
My psychiatrist constantly suggests adding Lexapro to all of my other medications (vyvanse, nuvigil, clonazapam, and

Medication Question
Ambien and

no longer do anything for me. I am going to tough it out and go 10 days on the modified drug holiday, but am resigned to having to go back on Neupro or hydrocodone. I am asking for opinions about which drug would be better? Thank you!

PIANO PLAYER BY MEMORY ONLY
Clair de Lune, Moonlight
sonata
, The Swan of Tuonela . . . . all the real music not simplified versions. I've had a hernia burst out, and went to Leicester General (Monday). They have put me in the queue for attention. But my memory has suffered. I play a few bars then I can't get further.

My turn to be advised
I have a meeting tomorrow with my psychiatrist. He called me in, I guess just to see how i am doing. However, I think I'd like some advice from you guys because I think if I talk to the psychiatrist with some of the concepts in my head I'm not sure he'll understand, which in my mind would be incredible
