Can’t get out of bed. Hopeless
Hi. This is so difficult to type because I don’t want it to be true but after a significant trauma at the beginning of 2020 (pandemic) I found myself completely alone and so depressed I could barely get out of bed to walk my dog. I have had a couple small windows where I thought I might be getting ahead

HRT and venaflaxine
After 2 years of HRT in different formats without any success, my GP is advising me to try
antidepressants
instead. I am anxious about it, anyone else had this experience? Thanks

How long should I wait before checking thyroid labs?
I started an antidepressant one month ago. I think it's affecting the absorption of my thyroid meds. How long should I wait to check thyroid labs?

Why cant I concentrate? Is it because I'm not interested in what I'm doing or I'm just lazy? I feel shameful all the god damn time about myself and the sick twisted perverted things I've done in my past. Whenever I try to better myself through education or exercise or whatever everything starts out ok

Seem to be stuck
Have stopped caffeine, stopped taking
antidepressants
, take iron supplements, also on gabapentin. Trying to set myself up for success, but not getting much help from doctor(neurologist). It truly is a torturous process I'm sure most people on here know about.

Depression - Maybe the anti depressant Sertraline can help depression and fight prostate cancer?
I previously posted on Sertraline and prostate cancer, but this paper Is hot off the press. Translational Oncology Volume 16, February 2022, 101303 Translational Oncology Sertraline repositioning: an overview of its potential use as a chemotherapeutic agent after four decades of tumor reversal studies

Life struggles
Yes I take
antidepressants
and they seem to work. Maybe as of lately it’s just the point in life that’s bringing things up. All I know is I don’t like it. I went to bed at 730 hoping it would just leave my mind. But here I am at 315 so clearly that didn’t happen. Am I going crazy.

Anyone taking antidepressants while having IVF treatment?
I’ve taken sertraline in the past however decided to come off it so I wasn’t taking it whilst having IVF. The nurses said it was ok to take and had to think of my own mental health but I still didn’t want to take it as felt I wouldn’t want it in my system if pregnant. Now I’m actually in this crazy black

I was taken off
antidepressants
to see if that may be the reason I am soooo tired & brain fog But that doesn’t explain the pain in my hands, arms & feet. So waiting to find out if they come up with anything else after Christmas.

Can you withdraw from Clonazepam?
I am 60 years old and been on
antidepressants
and anxiety medication for about 23 years. I was taking 0.5mg clonazepam for 1 to 2 years. My Doctor stopped the Clonazepam 7 days ago. Initially I felt better inner energy and better mood until the 6th day when things went completely terrible.

Antidepressant Medication caused my tinnitus
I started taking Sertraline about 3 weeks ago and developed tinnitus after taking them for 9 days, I then carried on taking them for another 5 days but the tremors were to hard to deal with. My doctor then put me on mirtzapine, I woke up this morning with screaming tinnitus which has calmed down but

I have my first appointment with a psychiatrist on Tuesday for medication adjustment and ADHD testing. Does anyone know what I can expect?
I am not sure what to expect and am unsure as to what the outcome will be, although I suspect that they will find something as I have been on
