disappointed with symptoms still after 2 surgeries :(
I’ve recently had 2 surgeries, one in January where they removed a small amount of endo and then a more complex surgery 4 weeks after with a specialist endo surgeon. I’m now 5 weeks post op and still suffering. I think my period might be due soon but not sure as the surgeries had messed things up a bit

Just checking in haven’t been hear for a while, but I’m still upright and on the grass side🤪 Been busy with AA and NA program and sponsees and lots of meetings, including jail and women’s prison. Has been interesting and rewarding 👍🏼. Have had health issues from cancer that just keeps on giving 😖

i had zsr/stapler circumcision from a multispeciality hospital, 7 days ago. Right after the surgery I pointed out to the doctor, that there was a swelling in the area between the ring and glans. also the ring appears to be squeezing on the shaft and looks like a circular groove in my shaft. After a second rise in psa from .04 to .21 in three months we decided to meet with a medical oncologist to discuss next steps. I am inclined to get a scan to locate pc but it may be too low. I have had surgery followed by salvage radiation followed by a scan and pelvic radiation so I may have exhausted

A success story
I wrote this from memory so some of the details might be a little out. I'd undergone a number of treatments for acute angle glaucoma. I had few symptoms and eye pressures were only slightly elevated (low 20s). The laser surgeries worked and lowered my pressures to low teens, but not before I'd had a

Temporary stoppage of Ibrutinib
I need to stop IB one week pre/post surgery. Today is day 3. Has anyone started feeling reversal symptoms? I’m feeling more fatigued. Hoping my lymph nodes issues don’t return. Just curious.

I went to the doctors, with this lump, also one mirgraine after another, went to the doctors, saw the nurse the first time, showed her the

Unsure how to proceed after flare continues
I wrote awhile back about having a return of PMR symptoms after successfully (over a year and a half) tapering to 5mg and staying on that dose for two months. The weather had gotten a lot colder here in Seattle and I attributed the flare partly to that. I increased my dose to 10mg for a week and had

Hypothyroidism help
I had a thyroidectomy in 1984, to remove benign growths. The surgeon said about 25% thyroid remained, but he thought I would not need subsequent medication. I was not told to have regular thyroid function tests, and carried on with my busy life. After unrelated throat surgery in 1997, my consultant asked

Scoliosis Surgery at 75
I finally went through the Scoliosis Surgery that I had scheduled and canceled a couple of times. I had been on Buprenorphine for over a year and was RLS free. The minute I woke up from my surgery, that ugly monster showed up again. This time I could not even move, much less walk. It started very

laparoscopic 4 weeks ago bleeding
Hello, I had a laparoscopy just over 4 weeks ago & had endometriosis removed from both ovaries. Stopped bleeding about a week after surgery, but have started bleeding again like a light period even though I am on the pill. I have been exercising more like swimming so could this cause it? Feel ok in self
